REGULATIONS

DEAR GUESTS

§ 1. SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

  1. The Regulations apply in the Golden Apartments and apply to all persons staying there.

  2. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and staying in the Golden Apartments Apartments and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation, making a deposit or paying the entire amount due for staying in the Apartment. By performing the activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and fully accepts the terms of these regulations and undertakes to comply with them.

  3. The current version of the regulations is available on the website www.golden apartments

  • ​​The landlord of Golden Apartments is hereinafter referred to as the "Host".

  • The Lessee of the Apartment using the services is hereinafter referred to as  "Guest". 

  • "Golden Apartments", living quarters owned/leased by the Landlord, are referred to as  hereinafter "Apartment".

  • Persons staying in the Apartments with the Guest's consent, who are not Guests within the meaning of the above definition, are called  in the further part of the regulations "accompanying persons".

§ 2. HOTEL DAY

  1. The apartment is rented for days.

  2. The wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported by the Guest  of the Apartment by phone until 9:00 on the day on which the room rental period expires.

  3. The host takes into account  wishes to extend the stay as far as possible and the availability of the Apartment. 

  4. Check-out can be made until 10:00 without any additional fees. Customer departure before 12:00 is charged an additional fee of PLN 50. Each hour started after 12:00 is charged an additional fee of PLN 50.

§ 3. BOOKING AND CHECK-IN

  1. Reservations can be made by:

    • dedicated websites - Booking.com, Airbnb.pl, Vrbo.com, Etravel.pl and directly through the golden.apartments website

    • by phone - by calling the reception, 

    • personally - at the Golden Apartments office.

  2. Accompanying persons may stay in the Apartment from 7:00 a.m. to 22:00.

  3. The presence of accompanying persons in the Apartment after 22:00 is tantamount to the Guest's consent to the accommodation of these persons to the room for a fee. Each accompanying person will be accommodated according to the current price of an extra bed for an adult, from the price list available in the office.

  4. The Host may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the regulations during the previous stay, causing damage to the property of the Host or other Guests or personal injury to Guests, employees of Golden Apartments Apartments as well as other people staying in the Apartments, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of Guests or the functioning of the Guest. apartments.

  5. The basis for the Guest's check-in is the age of majority. Minors may stay in the apartments only when staying with a legal guardian.

  6. Apartments may  refuse to accept a Guest who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or shows verbal or physical aggression.

  7. If the Guest leaves the Apartment earlier than the one specified in the guaranteed reservation agreement, the difference in the cost of stay will not be refunded to the Guest.

  8. If the Guest does not arrive at the Apartment on the agreed date, the reservation is valid until 10:00 am on the next day. After this period expires and the room can be rented. In the event of non-arrival, the deposit is not returned.

  9. The apartments carry out ongoing monitoring and implementation of the recommendations of the WHO and the Ministry of Health in order to minimize the threats of COVID-19. In the Golden Apartments and in the building, systematic disinfection of doors, door handles, trolleys, handrails, terminals, room cards, sofas, armchairs, etc. is carried out.

  10. In the event of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately raise objections, which will allow employees to react  and improve  the standard of services provided.

§ 4. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOST 

  1. The host is not responsible for theft of money and things, damage or destruction of securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value.

  2. The host is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the guest.

  3. The host provides services in accordance with its standard. In the event of reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them immediately by phone or e-mail, which will allow for reactions.

  4. The host is not responsible for items left in the apartment.

§ 5. GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY

  1. The guest  bears full material responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the apartment, caused by his fault or the fault of his accompanying persons.

  2. The Guest is obliged to notify the Host of the damage immediately after finding it.

  3. The host  reserves the right to charge the Guest's payment card for damage caused after his departure, and in the absence of card details, he has the right to ask the Guest for financial compensation.

  4. In the event of a violation of the provisions of the regulations, the Host may refuse to provide services to the Guest who violates them. The Guest is obliged to immediately comply with the Host's requests, settle the amount due for the stay and any damage, and to leave the Apartment.

  5. The behavior of guests and accompanying persons should not disturb the peace and stay of other guests. In case of violation of this rule, Gospodarz  may refuse to provide the service to a given person.

  6. The children's legal guardians are responsible for the behavior of children, including damage and/or damage.

  7. Each time leaving the Apartment, the Guest  is obliged to close the door and window seals for safety reasons

  8. Pursuant to the Act of April 8, 2010 amending the Act on protection of health against the consequences of using tobacco and tobacco products and the Act on the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529), in the apartment, balcony and in the building complete ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products

  9. Failure to comply with the ban on smoking cigarettes and tobacco products in the Apartment is tantamount to the Guest agreeing to cover the cost of dearomatization of the room in the amount of PLN 500 (in words: five hundred zlotys) net.

  10. Guests are obliged to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of the stay of other people in any way.

  11. In the event of committing indecent acts within the meaning of the Code of Offenses, the hotel has the right to impose a financial penalty of PLN 1,000 (in words: one thousand zlotys) on the guest and persons using the hotel's services and refuse to continue providing services (without refunding the booking fee). In this case, the Host also reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities in connection with the violation of the relevant provisions of the Code of Offenses, including, among others, causing scandal in a public place, at risk of e.g. imprisonment, a fine of up to PLN 5,000 (in words: five thousand zlotys).

  12. During the quiet hours, guests are obliged to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of other people in any way.

  13. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters and other electrical devices that are not part of the equipment of these rooms in the Apartments  and in the common areas, as well as on the balcony. The above provision does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.

  14. Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use open fire in any form in Apartamenty  and other rooms.

  15. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the Apartments - apart from slightly rearranging furniture and equipment that does not affect their functionality and safety of use.

  16. The Host may  refuse services services to a person who violates the regulations. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Host's requests, settle the amount due for the previous services, pay for any damage and destruction, and to leave the apartment.

  17. Organizing social events in the apartments is prohibited. For organizing a social event that is burdensome for other tenants, the Host  charges an additional fee of PLN 1,000 (in words: one thousand zlotys).

  18. When making a reservation at Golden Apartments, a pet must be reported.

  19. The basic fee for an animal's stay is PLN 50 / day.

  20. If an animal causes damage to the apartment, the owner is obliged to cover the repair costs, estimated by Golden Apartments.

  21. The animal cannot disturb other guests both during the day and at night.

§ 6. NIGHT QUIET

  1. Quiet time lasts from 22:00 to 07:00 the next day.

  2. The behavior of guests should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The host may refuse to provide services to a person who violates this rule.

§ 7. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

  1. The host accepts pets for an additional fee and only in selected Apartments. 

  2. For failure to inform about having an animal in the Apartment, a fee of PLN 300 (in words: three hundred zlotys) will be charged. 

  3. It is not allowed to store dangerous items in the Apartment, e.g. weapons, ammunition, flammable materials, illumination, etc.
